Raks sharki (belly dance) classics arranged by Said and performed by his Cairene orchestra, El Ferka el Masaya.
The second volume of Jalilah's Raks Sharki albums featuring the veteran film music composer Mokhtar Al Said, conducting El Ferka el Masaya, an elite ensemble who have performed with many of the greatest names of Egyptian music. Once again Jalilah has assembled a collection of classic dance suites. Three routines in all, each with a drum solo which can also be performed seperately. But you don't have to be a dancer to enjoy the sumptuous and timeless sounds of Raks Sharki music at its best.

I think Jalilah's series is so classy. Do you by any chance have the 1st CD? I've never found it.
